Our Story
Built For The People Who Don't Have 90 Minutes To Train
Crush It Fit was founded by Doug in 2018on a single observation: most adults can't consistently make a 60- or 90-minute gym session work. Between work, kids, commutes, and life, the time isn't there. So they stop showing up, lose progress, and feel worse about it.
The fix wasn't a longer workout. It was a smarter one. Every Crush It Fit class is exactly 30 minutes — long enough to deliver a real training stimulus, short enough that you'll actually be there three times a week. The programming is real: 4-week training cycles, scaled coaching, capped class sizes. The community is real: members know each other, push each other, and stick around.
We run our group training and fitness boxing programs in three formats — Women-Only, Men-Only, and Co-Ed — because the room you're training in matters. Same coaching, same standards, just different vibes. Pick what you'll show up to.

Dougfounded Crush It Fit on a simple idea: training should fit your life, not the other way around. After years of coaching in traditional gyms — and watching capable adults burn out on 90-minute sessions they couldn't sustain — he built a program around what people actually do: show up three times a week, train hard for 30 minutes, and stack consistency over years.
His specialty is meeting people where they are. A busy professional who can't train consistently, a 50-year-old who hasn't lifted in a decade, an executive who lost the gym habit during COVID — Doug has coached all of them through the same programming, scaled to where they actually are on day one.
Beyond the floor, Dougruns Online Transformation Coaching for members who can't make it in person — delivering the same custom programming, nutrition strategy, and weekly accountability remotely. He's also the gym's lead programmer (4-week cycles, real progression) and the person every member knows by first name. The community at Crush It Fit is real because the coaching is personal.
