Our flagship 30-Minute Group Training is the workout that built Crush It Fit. Every class blends strength training, conditioning, and cardio into a tightly programmed 30 minutes — long enough to hit a real training stimulus, short enough that you can actually show up consistently. Sessions are coached, scaled to your level, and capped so you get attention when your form needs it.

We program in 4-week training cycles to target real progressions: strength gets stronger, conditioning gets sharper, and recovery weeks are built in so you're not running on fumes by week 6. Every workout is written to deliver results in 30 minutes flat — no filler, no fluff, no time wasted standing around between sets.

Available in three formats so you can train the way you want: Women-Only, Men-Only, and Co-Ed. Same programming, same coaching, just different vibes.
